Working safely is what separates HBA from its competition. No matter a fast pace or feverish construction climate, Safety will not be sacrificed. We endeavor to understand why and how incidents occur and recognize the appropriate methods for prevention with a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) on each of our jobsites. The JHA is a daily tool we use to communicate and plan for the activities while identifying the potential hazards.

Who We Are

Originally known as Hank Blatnik & Associates, a Masonry subcontractor, now HBA Incorporated has grown into a Premier Specialty Builder serving the Southern California construction market. In 2008, Gerald Pyle of Industrial Contracting Engineers & Builders (ICE Builders) added his 45 years of trade experience and 22 years of business discipline. Gerry’s passion to grow a business comprised of employees with a “Builder Mentality” elevated HBA to an industry leader for both commercial and industrial construction.

HBA Incorporated is owned by Gerry Pyle and is a family run business with a passionate Team of professionals committed to forming relationships through traditional values and quality work. HBA appreciates and truely understands the key to success is found within the people we work with.
