HBA Incorporated was founded in Southern California with a strong vision: to offer a concrete company that truly partners with the builder. Thanks to our founder, Gerald Pyle, who brings over 50 years of industry experience and 35 years of business knowledge, HBA has realized this vision and grown to be a premier Southern California concrete specialist. Due to our vast expertise: from structural necessity of foundations, walls, and elevated decks to the artistry of architectural flatwork, custom pool decks, sidewalks, and bespoke design installations, we have developed a strong foundation of integrity and craftsmanship, driven by a builder’s mentality, & strengthened by trusted trade partners.

We offer in-house CADD capability for meticulous planning with rapid adaptation. We also provide accurate preconstruction budgeting to ensure financial clarity from day one. HBA always maintains early and constant communication with our clients, ensuring the success of your project from the initial bid all the way through completion.
